We have had some bad ones,but nothing matched snow Jam 82!

2014 was bad but nothing compared to the totally unexpected

blizzard that beset us 35 years ago. In a city where " If you don't like

the weather, just wait, it will change", Atlanta experienced for the first

time in '82 the complete shutdown of our interstate as thousands were

stuck on 75, 85, and 285. Those lucky enough to be at home could not

leave their driveways and had to come up with things to do while locked

down. So all you born in '83 should thank your luckey stars for Snow Jam '82.
